Know your way out before you pay.

A refund headline is a starting point. The product-specific conditions determine what you can request.

Editorial review:

Get the applicable policy

Check which seller, product and purchase type the policy covers. Direct sales and marketplace offers may use different rules. Save the version shown when you purchase.

Separate a request window from a payment timeline

A deadline to request a refund is not a promise that money will reach your account within that period. Ask when the clock starts, how to submit a request and what evidence is needed.

Check the remedy

A replacement account, store credit and a return to your payment method are different outcomes. Ask about deductions, unused time and fees before assuming you can recover the full amount.

Review activation and usage exclusions

Conditions may change after delivery, activation or use. Do not rely on a blanket promise from an old review. Read the current policy and request clarification if the wording is unclear.

Manage renewals separately

Turning off renewal and asking for a refund are different actions. Check the renewal setting, the next charge date and any cancellation deadline. Keep confirmation of the change.

If something goes wrong

Contact the seller through its official account dashboard. Explain the expected feature, what failed and when it happened. Attach appropriate order evidence without exposing passwords or full payment-card details.
